Sri 108 Vidyavinoda theertharu in poorvashrama ( Chilamathur Gundu rao) was a hindi lecturer in the Government School, Proddutur. Later he has established the Sri Raghavendra Seva Sangam with the help of his family, Madhwa brahmins and other vyshya community people and started doing ardhana in the Rangayyagari satram, Proddutur. Later, with the help of all the brahmins and all the people, he acquired the land in the Rameshwaram road, Eshwarreddy nagar, people togetherly built the Mata and installed the dieties of Sri Padmavathi Sametha Srinivasa devaru, Sri Mukhyaprana devaru and Sri Raghavendra Swamigala Mruttika Brundavana by Sri 1008 Sri Sujayeendra Teertha Swamiji, Peetadhipati of Mantralayam Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt in the year 1979. 

Later 90’s, Chilamathur Gundu Rao took Sanyasa from the 1008 Sri Vidyamanya Teertha Swamiji of Udupi Palimar Mutt and named as 108 Sri Vidyavinoda Teertha Swamiji and did sadhana in the same Raghavendra Swamy Mutt, Proddutur.

On 15th August 2005, Shravana Shudda Ekadashi, He attained hari pada and entered brundavana in the same mutt premises.

From the last 18 years ,sri swamiji aradhana being celebrated by his vamshastaru and Sree Raghavendra Seva Sangam(R) in the grand manner.
